Our Handcrafted Spirits
At Union Station Craft Distillery, we pride ourselves on creating a diverse selection of premium, small-batch spirits made right here in New Castle, PA. Each product is carefully crafted from scratch using traditional methods and ingredients that are locally sourced. For our aged products we use 30-gallon new oak barrels, rather than larger 53-gallon ones, as the surface area to volume is greater the smaller the barrel. This results in a quicker aging than traditional barrels would produce.

Gandy Dancer Bourbon
Bourbon produced using Bloody Butcher heirloom corn with a bit of Rye in the mash bill. Result is a smooth and tastey product with hints of vanilla and oak from rapid ageing in 30-gallon new oak barrels.

Gandy Dancer Vodka
A corn based mash used to produce a GNS that is proofed down using ro water, resulting in a clean and smooth product with nothing else added. Ideal for creating your favorite cocktails.

Gandy Dancer Gin
The product we are proudest of as it is produced using only 5 botanicals and has a flavor profile reminiscent of some of the world’s best London Dry Gins. The result is a Gin that is smooth without the overwhelming pine flavor that juniper berries can give.

Gandy Dancer Rum
A White Rum produced using only Blackstrap Molasses and raw Cane Sugar. Fermented for approximately over a week, leaving a bit of molasses flavour and sweetness that enhances the flavor.

Gandy Dancer Dark Rum
A Dark Rum produced using the same mash bill as our White Rum, but aged in 30-gallon new oak barrels giving it those added flavors that only a char#3 barrel can give to a product.

Gandy Dancer Rye
A smooth and drinkable Rye that includes a bit of corn in the mash bill to smooth out the taste. Not as spicy as some many Rye whiskeys. Very smooth and has become our most popular whiskey at our cocktail lounge, especially when mixed in an Old Fashion or with Gingerale.
